Bleeding returned on day 30. Is it nifas?
Yes. In the relied-upon Hanafi position any blood within 40 days of the birth is nifas.
I was clean for 15+ days inside the 40. Is the new blood still nifas?
In the relied-upon position, yes. Some Hanafi scholars hold that a 15-day gap ends nifas, so the new blood would be haiz. Follow the scholars you rely on.
My period came back on day 55. Is it haiz?
If at least 15 days of purity passed after your nifas ended and it lasts 3 to 10 days, yes.
Do I make up prayers from the clean gap?
No. Prayers you prayed while clean stay valid. Obligatory fasts kept during the gap are made up if the gap turns out to be part of the nifas.
